Shoot Coordinator - Children's School Portrait Photography

This early morning, fast moving and dynamic position is instrumental in being the connection between the school and the Images 4 Kids staff to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience for participants. · Assist school personnel as needed in maintaining a calm waiting period for children Arrives at the shoot 10 minutes prior to the established start time to meet with the Director of the school or the staff person the director has assigned as the liaison for the day. · Serve as the primary point of contact for the picture day · Manage the check-in processes for students and staff · Maintain flow and timing to keep the photo shoot on schedule · Transport the equipment, backdrops, and supplies (this may also be done by lead photographer) · Oversee set up and tear down of shooting area · Troubleshoot issues such as delays, missing participants, or technical challenges · Maintain accurate records and documentation · In cooperation with the school, manages the daily shoot schedule. · Provide clear instruction and guidance to school staff · Answer questions and concerns by school personnel or parents, working directly with children as necessary.
