Run the floor of our Portland print shop. Our Portland shop is where every Portraits piece becomes a real physical object. We're looking for a production lead who has run a fine-art or high-volume photo print operation and wants to help scale ours into a national-brand consumer product while keeping gallery-level quality. Run day-to-day print production — queue management, QA, color calibration, paper sourcing.Partner with our framing team on quality, speed, and waste targets.Build and maintain SOPs as the operation scales from one shop to multiple.Troubleshoot hard color and composition problems and feed learnings back to engineering.Hire and mentor a growing production team.Own our quality metrics — you are accountable for the piece that reaches the customer's wall.
