Margaritaville at Sea is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the operational, commercial, and strategic direction of our onboard photography department across the fleet. This role serves as the primary liaison between the corporate office and shipboard photo teams, ensuring seamless execution of brand standards, guest experience, and revenue goals. • Innovation & Strategic Growth: Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance the quality, efficiency, and innovation of photography services across the fleet. Experience • 3–5 years of progressive experience in photography operations, with at least 2–3 years in a management or supervisory role. This position is classified as “in-person,” which means the physical office in Orlando.
