Site Manager of Photography/Sales at Ruby Falls

$22/hour + tips = $27 on average

Hours of operation: 7:45 AM – 11 PM

Hot Shots Imaging is looking for a Photography Site Manager to lead our photography team at Ruby Falls, one of Tennessee’s most popular tourist attractions.

If you enjoy working with people, leading a team, and creating memorable guest experiences, this could be a great fit. Photography experience is a plus but not required — we train!

What You’ll Do
• Train, motivate, and support team members
• Lead daily operations and ensure great guest service
• Maintain sales goals and team performance
• Reports, inventory, and scheduling
• Take, edit, and print guest photos
• Promote and sell photo packages to visitors

What We’re Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong people skills
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers and printers
• Able to stand 7–9 hours and lift 25+ lbs
• 18+ with a valid driver’s license
• Available for weekends and holidays
• Able to pass a background check
• Comfortable working outdoors & inside cave
