SMALL BIZ ASSISTANT

TEMP TO HIRE / FULL-TIME POSITION Hi! I run a small real estate marketing co. and need someone savvy and friendly to take care of the following: -Answer emails, texts, and phone inquiries -Process orders -Call old and new clients to check in + introduce our services -Take and organize photos of houses and clients (posing them for professional/business headshots) -Post pre-written blog drafts on our website -Make occasional visits to real estate offices -Other real estate/business marketing or service tasks PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH: -Canva -Sales + cold calling / customer service -English editing/proofreading -Photography + photo editing (Lightroom) REQUIREMENTS: -Friendly, upbeat and not shy to talk to people -Know how to photograph in manual mode (or willing to learn) -Excellent grammar, punctuation, word usage, spelling/writing skills -Able to work both on-site at a small office studio in Pasadena and from home -Comfortable to use a professional camera and pose clients for professional headshot photos This job requires occasional interaction with people and is a "temp to hire" new position at a small office in Pasadena. Some telecommuting is OK, but not every day.
