Hello! The person in this role will be responsible for assisting with all in-store operations of our online shop, including photography, posting to the website, inventory management, marketing through social media, shipping and handling as well as related customer service communication with the use of our online platform. • Responsible for posting to social media as instructed, according to store guidelines. Follow best practices for tracking and organizing inventory effectively. • Monitor social media platforms for questions, concerns, and all customer interactions.
