Social Media Content Creator — Photography & Video (Cannabis Retail)

Premier Cannabis is looking for a photography and video specialist to run our social media content across our five Michigan dispensary locations (Saginaw East, Saginaw West, Caro, Vassar, and Flushing), with content also supporting our La Belva Labs house brands. You'll be doing camera-facing work every day: shooting product, people, and in-store moments that actually stop the scroll — no stiff corporate stock-style posts. What you'll do: - Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok-style) and photography featuring our stores, staff, products, and weekly deals - Build a steady content calendar across all five locations and our house brands - Cover store events, new product drops, and promotions as they happen - Edit for fast turnaround — same-day posting for time-sensitive deals - Track what performs and bring new content ideas to the team What you need: - A portfolio of photo/video work (social-first content preferred) — please include links with your application - Strong short-form video editing skills (phone and desktop workflows) - Comfortable directing people on camera and shooting in a retail environment - Reliable transportation to travel between store locations in the Saginaw–Flint area and beyond - Must be 21 or older and able to pass a background check (Michigan cannabis industry requirement) - Familiarity with cannabis products and Michigan advertising compliance basics is a plus Compensation is negotiable based on experience and portfolio — this role can be structured as a salaried in-house content creator position with La Belva Labs and Premier Cannabis, or paid per post.

Pay: $23.98 - $28.87 per hour
