Locale Magazine is hiring a Social Content Producer to create short-form video content for San Diego and Palm Springs. 3 meeting every Monday. Requirements: • Have a strong presence on social media already • Experience using Airtable or similar project management systems (Like Asana) • Based in San Diego (1x monthly to Palm Springs seasonally) & some interstate travel. • Proven experience shooting and editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts • Skilled in CapCut (you will not edit but editing is a skill you should be comfortable with). Performance Goals: • Deliver 6 videos per week • Complete 6 to 10 roundup videos per month • Each video should aim for 100,000+ views across all platforms • Participate in monthly performance bonus program tied to specific KPIs • Comfortable appearing on camera , interviewing and managing each shoot.
