Social Media Coordinator

Starting pay rate is $16/hour. The goal of the position is to grow Sabbatical Beauty’s online community, to maintain and create connections within the community, and to attract new customers to grow the brand. Position Responsibilities: \\- Managing and developing organic social strategy for Sabbatical Beauty’s online community including platforms: Pinterest, Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube \\- Managing and monitor day-to-day activities and customer service by responding to text messages, DMs and comments on social media channels \\- Assisting in creating and producing assets for the Sabbatical Beauty’s social media channels including design, photography and videography \\- Assisting in creating and managing the content calendar for Sabbatical’s social media channels \\- Coordinating social strategy with Sabbatical Beauty’s production and marketing team \\- Maintain a clear and distinctive voice that aligns with Sabbatical Beauty’s brand identity Desirable qualities An art and/or social media background is preferred Creative problem solver with excellent design skills Excellent writing, proofreading and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Flexible and open to feedback and revisions Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with the backend of social media platforms: Pinterest, Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube and scheduling tools More about us: Sabbatical Beauty is a left-leaning, social justice oriented beauty brand.
