Social Media & Customer Service Manager

Bomb Wings & Rice Bar is a brand new restaurant located in the business district of Hamden on Whitney Ave. Our new concept is ahead of restaurant trends and we work hard to establish a fast-paced, fun and exciting culture that lends to opportunity for growth. Every Bomb team member must be service orientated and willing to go above and beyond to please our customers. The SCM must maintain perspective above all and not take things personally. You will be asked to create savvy online and in-store strategies to engage customers. Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year executing social media campaigns • Minimum of 1 year working in a direct and hands-on customer service environment • You must regularly use social media and be well-immersed in the social environment • Personal brand must fit the company’s criteria • Possess a gracious and giving attitude • Deliver messages clearly, concisely, and professionally • Strong writer – able to use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation • Ability to make others smile and laugh • Have a passion for food • Can make decisions and work independently without constant supervision • Takes responsibility and can hold themselves and their team accountable • Has branding & marketing experience • Photography & design skills are a plus but not mandatory
