Social Media Internship Opportunity

We are seeking one to two people in the 18-25 demographic who would like an opportunity to get their foot in the social media world as an influencer or educator on an established platform with high reach potential. We are looking to grow our platforms and engage with a wider audience to help better provide education and support. More than 10 years experience to offer in this space, as well as related digital based platforms, assets, and ventures. Responsibilities Include • Collaborating with the owner for developing social content and related marketing • Social media strategy • Create engaging content, captions, videos, photos, etc • Learning about and interpreting social strategies related to keywords, demographics, and other metrics • A willingness to learn other areas of the business for your own growth Job Requirements • Familiarity with the social media sites (specifically YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram), search engines, and other marketing platforms is essential • Ability to commit to gender inclusivity — preferably already familiar with using inclusive terminology but a willingness to learn is a must • Familiarity with phone photography/videography • Basic familiarity with using camera equipment is a plus • Basic familiarity with graphic design (apps are fine!) This a 6 month unpaid internship with the opportunity for more and a stipend for incurred expenses.
