Social Media Manager

Citrin Hospitality is in search of Social Media Manager! We are looking for a creative story-teller to engage our guests in imaginative ways across different social media platforms. This is a great introductory job for someone who is passionate about food and social media or looking to dip their toes into the industry. As social media manager, you’ll be spending time across all restaurants catching behind the scenes and action shots to help promote and market each restaurant as well as new concepts. Ideal candidates: • Passionate about food and eager to learn about the industry • Able to write creative copy for social media posts • Has photography/videography skills and eye for composition • Understands current social trends • Capture content like new dishes, new cocktails, behind the scenes in the kitchen and sometimes during service • Create and manage content schedule/calendar • Manage multiple social media accounts per restaurant • Understand the individual brands of restaurants and preserve tone • Knowledge of multiple social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube • Knowledge of paid promotions and ad manager is also a plus!
