“pleepleus” is a lifestyle and apparel brand based in Seattle. We are a growing start-up founded by travel show host and comedian, Zane Lamprey. We are looking for a social media enthusiast who can establish and execute a solid social media and on-line presence. POSITION TYPE - Full time LOCATION - Seattle CONTENT CREATION Produce, edit and distribute content (visual, video, text) that is optimized for social platforms Collaborate with the internal team make compelling social content Shoot + edit still photography Shoot + edit video/audio for social media + web Hire talent for photoshoots (when applicable) Plan, organize, shoot, edit, post SOCIAL MEDIA Edit and approve social posts for accuracy, relevance, and tone, including real-time decision- making at various stages of content development Maintain a commanding knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices Analyzes performance of social content and incorporate insights into future content decisions Respond in a timely manner to listener comments Work with influencers to brand build NEWSLETTER Build newsletters to drive sales and build brand awareness Create and maintain email marketing campaigns Devise strategies to maximize email marketing ANALYTICS & REPORTING Generate social media statistics, FB insight reports, website reports and Google Analytics reports. QUALIFICATION + SKILLS A drive to exceed KPI goals 2+ years of relevant work experience in Social Media, marketing, or a related field Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Educated editorial/content and verbal/written communication skills Skilled in social media know-how and execution across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, twitter and LinkedIn Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously SOFTWARE + SOCIAL Facebook Instagram Twitter Tik-Tok LinkedIn Photo Editing Software Video Editing Software COMPENSATION: $50K-55K/year based on experience Stock in the company that will vest at certain milestones If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
