Social Media Manager for Sweet Farm

This position will manage Sweet Farm Foundation’s social media accounts primarily with the lens of our fundraising efforts. The obsession of the Social Media Manager is continuously improving our communication tactics via social media and the way we are communicating and engaging with our community and our current and potential supporters to help reach our fundraising goals and mission. \\- Knowledgeable in marketing communications, SEO and performance marketing via social media \\- Experience managing analytics and optimization \\- Tech savvy, comfortable in a digital-first environment. \\- Experience in working with volunteers. \\- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required YOUR PROFILE \\- Deep alignment with Sweet Farm’s mission and values \\- Strong communication skills \\- High-level of self initiative \\- Creative in thinking of ways to bringing Sweet Farm’s mission to life through impactful fundraising campaigns, propositions and events \\- Tactical thinker who thrives in working in a dynamic start-up work environment \\- Stellar interpersonal skills with a humble and passionate communication style \\- A natural relationship builder that approaches relationships with empathy, authenticity, patience, and curiosity.
