Our stage is the world. * Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals * Set specific objectives and report on ROI * Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) * Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics * Collaborate with other teams to ensure social media campaigns are executed to the highest standards * Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews * Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and Instagram) * Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions * Creation of content which meets sbe standards * Develop and deliver social media optimization (SMO) * Stay current with social media trends and best practices. * Degree or diploma in Marketing or relevant field or in process of completing a degree or diploma * Ability to work unsupervised and be accountable for high levels of deliverables * Previous experience as a Social Media Manager is desired * Previous experience with photography and videography is desired * Knowledge of Facebook advertising * Experience with developing soft email campaigns * Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics * Excellent communication skills * Analytical and multitasking skills * Willingness to learn and grow
