Social Media Manager/ Videographer / Editor / Photographer — The Venegas Group

We specialize in luxury listings, investment properties, and commercial warehouse space. Every photo and video represents our brand, and we’re looking for a full-time creative who’s ready to help us take our visual content to the next level.
What You’ll Do
• Capture and edit listing photos, videos, and lifestyle content across a range of residential and commercial properties.
• Plan and execute on-site shoots with agents, clients, and partners.
• Produce short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikTok's, YouTube, promo ads, etc.).
• Handle all post-production editing — color, music, captions, pacing, and storytelling.
• Manage and organize content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Occasionally shoot team events, lifestyle features, and community spotlights.
• Travel every other month for team trips or destination shoots (3–4 days each, all expenses paid).
What You Bring
• Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Proficiency in Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
• A creative eye for storytelling, composition, and brand voice.
• Personal camera equipment and editing setup preferred (bonus for drone certification).
