) is seeking a full-time Photographer and Media Manager. This person should have photography experience, experience working in adobe photoshop as well as a passion for real estate photography. The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm at our office in Bettendorf. A typical work day would include conducting photoshoots at 1-2 residential properties, editing photos at our office, handling small graphic design projects and supporting the sales and service teams with basic office and customer service duties. •All photography equipment provided by employer Duties Capture stunning photographs and videos that align with brand identity and campaign goals, utilizing professional equipment and techniques. Manage all media assets, including organization, storage, editing, and archiving to ensure easy access and consistency across projects. Conduct post-production editing using tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Matterport and other software platforms. Develop graphics for social media platforms, websites, print materials and promotional campaigns. Assist in managing social media content. Maintain a thorough understanding of current trends in photography, videography, journalism, and digital media to keep content fresh and relevant. Support sales efforts and customer service team in the office. Experience Proven experience in professional photography and videography with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom and other platforms. Solid understanding of color management principles and color theory to ensure consistent visual output across all media formats. Experience in post-production workflows involving photo editing and photo manipulation. Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for content distribution across multiple platforms. Ability to operate professional camera equipment for filming and photography sessions in various environments. Strong art direction skills with an eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
