Social Media Moderator and Administrative Assistant

Video Production Company/Photographer/Online Educator with award-winning work in Paso Robles is hiring a Social Media Moderator and Administrative Assistant 15-40 hrs/week, flexible hours. You'll work both on set and in the office. Interest or experience with the Adobe Creative Suite or photography, film or lighting equipment is a plus. This is an independent contractor position. Requirements: • MUST BE Mac literate • Willingness to learn Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good organizational and time management skills • Positive, cheerful attitude Duties in the office will be: Social media posts Social Media group moderation Administrative work including managing emails and client communication Backing up and organizing files and photos Running errands Filing and bill pay Answering phones Answering emails Hosting zoom calls with clients that need help Copying / backing up digital files To be considered for this position, please respond to this posting with: • a written introduction • resume • a writing sample (this can be a blog post, school paper, news article, script, etc.)
