The Social Media Photographer / Videographer will be responsible for day-to-day content creation and community management across all social media channels for designated clients. This individual will develop the strategy, create an editorial content calendar, monitor community engagement, manage content development, coordinate off-site photoshoots, and address additional creative needs. They will be required to post content, ensure timely responses, manage client campaigns, and maintain consistency in the brand's voice, feel, and appearance across all relevant platforms. The individual should be knowledgeable about current and emerging social platforms, with a proven track record of completing tasks quickly and efficiently. This role will report to the Social

Responsibilities:

· Create captivating content for clients, encompassing graphics, photo/video, and copywriting, from beginning to end.

· Embrace being a "content opportunist" - discover and cultivate innovative, captivating methods to enhance the brand's visibility and convey its overarching message.

· Ensure that all posts have a consistent look, feel, tone, and voice.

· Facilitate and, if needed, appropriately escalate customer service issues to the right client contacts promptly.

· Tailor posts to users unique to each social channel.

· Identify content that drives overall engagement

· Work with the Social Media Manager to be aware of the social metrics reports and their implications for future initiatives

· Collaborate within the agency on cross-department client campaigns, working especially close with the PR department to identify and leverage opportunities for social activations.

Required Skills:

· 3-5 years of experience in a digital communications role with responsibilities for social media, including both organic and paid strategies.

· Previous client engagement and account oversight.

· Proven expertise and experience in managing company social media platforms.

· A working knowledge of paid social advertising is a significant advantage, along with an understanding of analytics.

· Experience with content creation for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and any other applicable programs.

· Must be proficient in the entire Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere

· Experience with Sprout Social preferred, but not necessary.

· A proven portfolio of high-quality photography and videography, featuring samples of graphic design.

· Able to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

· The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Available and ready to work weekends if necessary.

· Demonstrates strong attention to detail and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Familiarity with recognized and new social platforms
