What You'll Do: We are looking for a highly-skilled Social Media Manager for our brands with a demonstrated history of social expertise, creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of fashion. Responsibilities: Work with Brand Leads and Community Director to build quarterly social content calendars Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing across Instaco brand channels Stay abreast of trending events and create real-time opportunities for Instaco brands to join the conversationResearch current fads, pitch and create content (image + video) based posts daily in partnership with our Brand Lead team and Content and Community Director Track social platforms updates, share information with greater team and brainstorm application to strategy Request and manage across different creative formats (static + motion) and platforms Work with the design team and video team to build creative Proactively and reactively monitor discussions, comments, and sentiment across multiple posts on social platforms Write and review social copy across platforms Track key metrics (i.e. website clicks, follower growth & engagement) across social channels Partner with the Content and Community Director at large to explore the new content area, formats, and emerging platformsAnalyze content performance on social platforms and deliver key learnings and actionable items to internal stakeholders Pull numbers for weekly reports across digital platforms; i.e. Youtube, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok & LinkedIn Assist with social strategy to help drive business goals Set up and execute email campaigns via Klaviyo Be featured in videos and content as needed Required Skills: 4+ years of experience working in Social Media for a fashion brand Comfortable in front of the camera Experience writing and developing social content for distribution across multiple social platforms Experience with email marketing campaigns Have strong writing and grammar skills in short-form and long-form copywriting scenarios Experience with blogging and community management plus Experience with native platform insights, social listening tools, and 3rd-party analytics (i.e. Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc) Comfortable translating data sets into digestible and actionable takeaways plus Excited about exploring, ideating and testing new + emerging social platforms and content types Have strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
