Job Duties: Social Media Videographer -Be the "voice of our brand" across multiple social media platforms -Create content to be used on social media posts and other marketing platforms as needed -Will work closely with the customer experience management team to provide professional resolution to customer concerns via social media -Cultivate a loyal social media following for both Hero and Peak Performance Lab brands -Being present at community events, job sites, and company functions for the purpose of documenting for social media as needed -Ability to work closely with others Qualifications & Skills: -Exemplifies Hero's core values everyday -Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record -Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers -Must be highly detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to follow through -Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life -Demonstrates a proven ability to learn and adapt to change -Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment -On time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time -Marketing knowledge and photography/videography experience Pay & Incentives Salaried; 40 hours per week at the pay negotiated upon hire Pay increases are given based up on employee's performance, not based on time employed with the company Benefits: No Cost – Amazing – Full Benefit Package Medical Dental Vision 401K Long Term Disability Short Term Disability Life Insurance 2+ Weeks PTO and 6 paid holidays Company Team Building Events Culture: We believe in taking care of our employee’s financial needs, and also realize that there is no value in big pay checks if you can’t spend quality time with your family doing what you love.
