We are looking for a well-organized, self- motivated Social Media/Administration Assistant to aid in online customer engagement through our website and social media and to assist the President and Management staff in day to day operations within the office. *Maintain great communication with staff and clients *Maintain all social media platforms *Provide customer service to our clients through our website chat program *Communicate with clients through email and social media *Assist in creation and sending of quotes *Other duties or tasks that might be assigned Hours are 7:45am-4:00pm, employee's choice on full-time or part-time (will be determined upon interview).
