Social Media/Email Position

**SewingMachinesPlus.com, Inc.** is currently seeking an experienced _**Social Media/Email **_person to join our team in Escondido, CA. We are a family owned company and have been involved in the sewing and vacuum business for over 40 years. **SUMMARY: **This position will report to the On-Line Marketing Manager and work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing. * Leading and managing the digital marketing efforts, managing all digital marketing channels including blogs, emails, and social media to ensure brand consistency; * Drive brand awareness through the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, and customer engagement campaigns; * Build the company’s digital marketing roadmap, prepare a budget, and track the progress by measuring ROI and KPI’s; * Create conversion campaigns that drive sales to the Sewingmachinesplus.com on-line business and our 2 Retail Supers Stores; * Identify trends and stay up to date with digital technology development * Light graphic design in helping to create ad spots, graphics for emails, and social media content; * BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field * 5+ years digital marketing experience; * Experience with HTML / CSS * Proven ability to deliver digital marketing campaigns that are impactful, drive sales and ROI * Experience in developing digital marketing campaigns that have led to strong conversion rates * Exceptional knowledge of digital trends/social media technologies that drive digital audience growth * Experience planning/managing budgets across channels and achieving high volume growth targets * Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is required; * Experience in relevant web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, etc.
