Social Media/Marketing Strategist/ Sales Rep.-Garment Printing

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual with strong organizational and customer service skills as well as experience or interest in marketing to join our team. Responsibilities include but not limited Sales Rep. Role: \\- Answering phone calls, communicate with clients \\- Answering emails and inquiries in a timely manner \\- Pay bills organize and track receipts \\- Develop and produce sales reports in Excel \\- Other duties as requires Social Media/ Marketing Strategist Role: \\- Develop and execute email campaigns and marketing materials \\- Manage social media, email campaigns, and other marketing tasks \\- Work with social media to promote shop services and products on all social media platforms. \\- Coordinate to keep all product and services content up to date \\- Community engagement, interacting with various accounts on all active social media platforms \\- Support managing direct messages and comments on our IG, FB, ETSY and our Website \\- Take time to develop a working knowledge of all products and services to be able to work on marketing material. Requirements: \\- Excellent communication and relationship building skills \\- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus \\- Tech Savvy \\- Solid organizational and time management skills \\- Must have excellent phone etiquettes \\- Must have a track record of efficiency and production \\- Have strong computer skills in (Excel, Word, Word-press) \\- Strong leadership skills. \\- Customer service skills is a must.
