Social & Multimedia Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION REVERB is currently hiring a qualified candidate for a full-time SOCIAL and MULTIMEDIA MANAGER to work in our Portland, Maine office (will consider remote) to engage and increase REVERB’s social media presence, help us tell our story and assist us in translating our campaign work to the digital realm. \\- Design imagery for REVERB programming/promotion as needed \\- Engage followers and social media audiences with a clear, timely, voice that reflects the personality and mission of REVERB \\- Stay up to date with knowledge of new and exciting social media tools and platforms, propose strategies for REVERB to engage our fan base using these means \\- Stay on top of environmental news, environmental and social justice issues, music news, etc. and share with our audiences Minimum Qualifications: \\- 2+ years experience, and proven track record and ability to create and execute strategies for platform growth and reach \\- Strong writing and communication skills resulting in a strong social media “voice” \\- Proficient with Adobe Suite, graphic design skills \\- Knowledge and ability to report on analytics to inform social media strategy \\- Photography and video skills \\- Available to be consistently posting, engaging and responding to followers \\- Familiarity with Wordpress and email marketing \\- Ability to work within and navigate a collaborative and creative, fast- paced environment with tight turnaround times \\- Keen awareness of environmental and social justice campaigns.
