Souvenir Leadership - Dayton

As the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, the Photogenic team brings the magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime. Being a part of the Souvenir Leadership team is all about setting an example for our team and taking pride in demonstrating our Photogenic values. All Employees at PGI: • Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home • Photography experience not required • Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers • Operate POS system and photography equipment • All other tasks as assigned • Lead by example by following all policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager • Train on opening and closing duties at assigned venue (Leads may be asked to complete these duties on a temporary basis or for smaller shifts/locations within the venue as needed) • Support leadership to maintain daily operations as scheduled • Report policy or procedure violations to the Manager on duty • Assist with training new team members as needed • Maintain a safe and clean working environment • All other tasks as assigned Cherry Hill Programs strives to provide a positive work environment that values excellence in safety and quality, free from discrimination and harassment.
