Souvenir Leadership - Dayton

As the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, the Photogenic team brings the magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime. In addition to fulfilling the duties of Sales Associates/Photographers, leaders in this role will assist in overseeing the daily operations of your venue, support members of your team and drive performance goals forward. • Lead by example by following all policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager • Train on opening and closing duties at assigned venue (Leads may be asked to complete these duties on a temporary basis or for smaller shifts/locations within the venue as needed) • Support leadership to maintain daily operations as scheduled • Report policy or procedure violations to the Manager on duty • Assist with training new team members as needed • Maintain a safe and clean working environment • All other tasks as assigned • *Our Supervisors Will:** • Do everything on the list above for Leads! • Enforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager • Perform regular opening and closing duties at assigned venue • Oversee daily activities of team members and assign appropriate tasks and assignments • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled • Train new team members and Shift Leads, and assist with recruiting as needed • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed • All other tasks as assigned • *What We’re Looking For** • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Team player who can work independently • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling • *Knowledge, Experience & Skill** • Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required • At least 18 years of age • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time • *What Else Can You Expect** • A fun, fast paced, and passionate environment • Career advancement opportunities • Flexible schedule • Referral program • Free photos for friends and family • *We Work Together to Win Together** Cherry Hill Programs strives to provide a positive work environment that values excellence in safety and quality, free from discrimination and harassment.
