Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Execute multi-camera shoots and cinematic lighting, with a focus on clean audio and strong composition • Shoot and edit high-quality video and interviews • Edit in both quick-turn and long-form formats, building sequences that are cohesive, compelling, and visually dynamic • Collaborate closely with special projects reporters and producers to shape a visual narrative and support impactful storytelling • Use creative camera techniques, drone footage, and thoughtful b-roll to enhance pacing and emotional depth • Organize and manage media, maintain gear, and stay on top of post-production workflows • Help develop innovative visuals for special projects tied to community initiatives and station campaigns Improper interference with the ability of Gray’s employees to perform their job duties may result in discipline up to and including discharge.
