Roles/Responsibilities: -Take pictures of game-action from multiple angles -Learn from photographers who have covered professional and collegiate sporting events... -Work closely with professional graphic designers learning new techniques as social media trends change -Edit pictures on game-nights to be used on league’s website and social media platforms -Create original graphics using programs like Adobe Photoshop to be shared on multiple social media platforms -Post content on social media sites, while also coming up with captions and using hashtags -Create logos for teams and other season-specific logos as needed -Prior experience using Adobe Photoshop is a plus. -A knowledge of the game of basketball is not required, but will definitely help. Location: -Games will be taking place Thursday nights at Insports Centers (29 Trefoil Drive in Trumbull, CT) -Games will start on Thursday, June 6th and go through August -Other post-game duties can be completed anywhere where there is wi-fi. Compensation: -This is an internship where students will be doing the necessary hands-on work to get school credit
