Sports Photographer/Videographer

JOB OBJECTIVE

Under guidance from the Marketing Director, Staff will assist with the creation of marketing campaigns for Tonka United. The position is accountable to the Marketing Director, and the Directors of the organization. Staff will meet regularly with the Marketing team to be assigned projects and discuss the status of current projects. Staff will primarily be taking videos and photos with staff's own equipment, then editing them for marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES

Collection of images, video, and materials to be used in all marketing programsDesign, produce, and distribution of marketing materialsConduct market and trend research for social media and websitesAssist in development of new marketing projectsLearn and work toward improving the Tonka United SEO/SEM rankingLearn and work toward improving the Tonka United brand awareness and social engagementPhotography, Videography, and Editing for Tonka UnitedJOB SKILLS

Proven writing skillsProficient in Google/Microsoft office suiteExperience with digital marketingKnowledge of the most common social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, X, YouTube)Video and Photo Editing Skills with Adobe, or like toolsKnowledge of SEO, preferred not requiredKnowledge of Influence Marketing, preferred not requiredMust demonstrate initiative to see projects through to completion with limited supervisionComfortable working independently with children of all agesAbility to operate photography/video equipmentExperience in Sport or Action Sport photography, preferred not requiredREQUIREMENTS
