Staff Photographer

The Boston Globe is seeking a staff photographer who would join an award-winning team of picture editors and photographers. The staff opening would primarily be a sports shooter and work the evening shift, with a heavy emphasis on the four major Boston professional sports teams. In addition to being an accomplished sports photographer, the candidate should be accomplished at breaking news, enterprise, portraiture and long term project work. In addition to being versatile, they should be flexible regarding their shift and willing to adapt to the needs of the newspaper on major events and/or a temporary fill-in position. All BGMP employees, regardless of vaccination status or work location, must provide proof of vaccination status as instructed by the employee's designated Human Resources contact.
