Position OverviewUnder the direction of the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Staff Photographer is responsible for documenting, editing, and producing high-quality imagery that enhances the College’s brand across digital platforms and marketing materials. This role involves capturing key events, exhibitions, and student experiences while collaborating with the marketing team to deliver impactful visual content.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, capture, and develop imagery to support marketing campaigns tied to business goals.Build and manage a repository of College images for use across digital and print materials.Audit and optimize marketing assets to improve the visual impact of campaigns.Work collaboratively with the Graphic Designer to ensure effective and engaging visual storytelling.Attend and document key College events, including but not limited to:New Student OrientationsAccepted Student DaysBFA exhibitionsSalt Storytelling NightsCommencement activitiesFirst Friday eventsFashion ShowProvide real-time social media updates from live events.Work with key stakeholders to facilitate image selections and approvals.
