Staff Photographer Job at Collegiate Composites LLC in Baton Rouge

We are a headshot-style photography company serving the college marketWe are hiring a staff photographer to handle our clients in the Louisiana region for our Fall 2025 season (beginning at the end of August and going through end of November) and beyond.We work on-location on college campuses. Most of the work for this position is at Louisiana State Univ., Tulane Univ., UL-Lafayette and Univ. of Southern Mississippi.We only take photos Monday to Friday (not necessarily every day in a week), during normal business hours, and only during the school year - leaving the weekends and summers for photographers to handle most of their normal business (weddings, seniors, family portraits, etc. We handle everything after the photo session.There is zero scheduling/logistics that the photographer is expected to handle; that is all coordinated in our office.In additional to pay, we cover all travel expenses, including gas, food, hotels, etc., and on longer trips, we reimburse for travel time.We are NOT an event photography company. Rather these sessions are more akin to yearbook photographyCompensation (again, we cover all expenses) ranges from $265 to $400 per day (take home pay per job).
