The San Antonio Report is seeking an energetic and curious photojournalist to help cover essential community news and features in the Bexar County area. Our photojournalists are often interacting with our community the most directly of anyone in our newsroom, so the candidate will need to be personable, thoughtful and cool under pressure. • Strong photojournalistic skill, with the ability to use professional photo equipment • Mastery of camera operation, composition, lighting and exposure • Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom proficiency for processing images • The ability to tell complex stories through striking, clear images • Ability to work in the field, sometimes in challenging situations • Video and audio production and editing experience preferred • Drone experience preferred • Schedule flexibility (some nights, weekend work) • Spanish proficiency is a plus The San Antonio Report is San Antonio’s leading local online news source.
