From Mission Mondays, where 10% of our net proceeds go directly to local charitable organizations, to our long-standing partnership with Coprodeli USA, in which we are in the process of building 22 schools for impoverished communities in Peru, we are committed to giving back in meaningful ways to those in need. Position Overview The Creative Photographer/Videographer is responsible for the depiction of the brands' merchandise in regards to social, ecommerce, and digital efforts. • Occasionally photograph creative assets on location local to Knoxville, TN. • Distribute and archive photography according to assignments and request • Cull, refine and edit imagery in line with creative direction for each specific digital asset • Efficiently manage high volume image workflows Desired Skills and Abilities • Strong digital photography, studio lighting, and compositional skills • Proficient in Capture One and Photoshop and with Cannon cameras • Passion for the technical side of studio photography • Clear communicator with great interpersonal skills • Strong knowledge in both natural and studio lighting • A self-starter, with a strong sense of teamwork in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven • environment • Approaches challenges and demands with a flexible, problem-solving and positive attitude • Utilizes resourcefulness, and creativity to capture the Altar'd State brand through photography • Quality orientation and high attention to detail. • Flexibility to adapt with fast paced timelines and adjustments Stand Out For Good, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
