Your responsibilities \\- Personnel responsibility for the new gallery team as well as any management tasks \\- Responsibility for ensuring that targets are met \\- Preparation and follow-up of work schedules \\- Conducting and evaluating employee appraisals \\- Active selling of our artworks according to the targets set for the location \\- A first-class and committed consultation of our customers \\- Building a close and continuous relationship with our loyal customers \\- You ensure a unique visiting and buying experience with the little stories behind the artwork \\- Handling after-sales concerns of our customers \\- Hanging the artworks, managing deliveries & managing inventory \\- Organization of our various events such as vernissages and artist talks \\- We love multi-channel: You'll be available online to provide our customers with the best service through chat and video consultation Your profile \\- Sales experience in a gallery or for advice- intensive products (e.g. fashion, interior, design) \\- You bring at least 2 years of experience as a manager with you \\- Great sales and communications skills \\- Hands-on mentality and a proactive work ethic \\- Passion for providing excellent customer service \\- You can manage different tasks in a structured way without losing the overview \\- High degree of engagement and the willingness to familiarize yourself with a new environment \\- You are interested in photography and ideally have knowledge of digital image editing with Photoshop How to apply Have we aroused your interest?
