Student - Student Photographer (2025-2026 Academic Year)

**Position Responsibilities**

* Attend and photograph key campus events, student activities, and moments that showcase the **authentic Ursinus experience**.
* Deliver high-quality images that meet brand standards and storytelling goals.
* Organize and upload edited photos in a timely manner for use across various marketing channels.
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to understand specific photography needs and content goals.
* May assist with occasional photo shoots or marketing campaigns beyond event coverage.
* Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

* Experience in photography (DSLR or mirrorless preferred), with a strong portfolio that shows event work.
* Basic photo editing skills (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Good communication and ability to work independently at events.
* Willingness to work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends) based on event schedules.
* Attend **bi-weekly team meetings** at Sprankle Hall to coordinate assignments and share creative ideas.
