Studio Assistant / Administrative Assistant – Part Time

NOW HIRING — PART-TIME STUDIO ASSISTANT

BellyandBoudoir Photography is looking for a reliable, organized and personable Studio & Administrative Assistant to join our Long Island City studio.

No photography experience required. This is NOT a photographer, retoucher or photography-student position. I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys assisting, staying organized and helping a busy studio run smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL HELP WITH Studio setup, breakdown & organization Preparing props, wardrobe and sets Assisting during maternity, newborn & family sessions Scheduling and general administrative tasks Keeping the studio organized and running efficiently Potentially assisting with client communication & bookings as you grow into the role

IDEAL CANDIDATE Must be 18 years or older Dependable, punctual and professional Friendly, energetic and personable Organized and able to multitask Takes initiative and follows direction well Comfortable working closely with newborns, babies, children, pregnant clients and families Interested in a consistent position with room to grow Able to make a minimum 6-month commitment

Long Island City, Queens

$18/hour

Part-time / flexible schedule

Availability needed Monday–Friday between 10:00 AM–4:30 PM

I’m flexible and willing to work around the right candidate’s school or other scheduling obligations when possible. Unpaid time off for occasional sick days, vacations and necessary personal time can be accommodated with appropriate notice.

I’m ultimately looking for someone who can become a trusted, consistent part of the studio, learn how the business operates and gradually take on more responsibility over time.
