Our Charlotte studio is part of a national franchise looking for a "Second Mate"—the ultimate right-hand person to keep our studio running smoothly. This isn't just a desk job; it’s a dynamic role where you’ll handle everything from first impressions to final sales.

What You’ll Do (The "Second Mate" Role):
Communications: Manage the studio’s pulse—answering phones, booking sessions, and greeting families with high energy.
Sales: Guide families through their photo reveal sessions and help them choose the perfect packages.
Editing: Use our proven systems to edit and polish images to our franchise standards.
Studio Support: Multitask in a fast-paced environment, keeping things organized and fun for babies, kids, and parents alike.
The Ideal Candidate:
The "Vibe": Outgoing, energetic, and genuinely loves working with young children and babies.
Reliable: You must be available every weekend.
System-Oriented: You enjoy following a playbook (Trainual) and have great attention to detail.
Stable: We are looking for long-term team members. If you have a history of frequent job-hopping (less than 1 year at previous roles), this will not be a good fit.
Important Note on Conflicts of Interest:
We are looking for a dedicated team member to help grow our brand. We are not interested in candidates who currently own or operate their own photography business. Requirements:
Comfortable on the phone and computer.
Must be able to work Thursday – Monday (10am-6pm).
Spanish language skills are a plus!
A "can-do" attitude—no task is too small in a small studio environment.
