Studio & Events Operations Assistant

There are four of us running the business every day, along with an awesome roster of seasonal staff who help during picture days and busy weekends.We're looking for one dependable person to become part of our small team. Our team currently includes youth sports board members, girl scout troop leaders, pta parents, coaches, and community leaders… If we find the right person, we'll teach the rest; and probably learn from you as well.This isn't strictly a photography job. ** As you learn the business and become comfortable taking ownership of different responsibilities, there are opportunities to grow your role and your compensation over time. You need the exact same schedule every week.You only enjoy sitting behind a desk.You dislike working with children.You prefer being told exactly what to do every hour.You aren't comfortable working evenings during busy seasons or traveling locally for picture days.--- One of the benefits of working on a small team is getting exposure to many different parts of the business.
