What You Will Own (Collaborative Execution) • Vision Translation: You will work closely with the founder to take the "Studio Vision" and translate it into clear, operational workflows. Who You Are • The Collaborative Builder: You have deep operational knowledge (specifically in GotPhoto or similar high-volume tech), but you enjoy working under a founder’s vision to build something cohesive. • Phase 3 (The Studio): As we open a physical location in the future, you will help lead that transition, moving into a senior leadership or Director of Operations role. This is a chance to be the first operational hire in a business that is built to scale. Experience: • Volume Photography: 3 years (Preferred)
