The Studio Operator is responsible for supporting multiple production function across the assigned Studio including camera operations, stylist, styling assistant, merchandise coordinator, studio maintenance and upkeep. In this role you will be mentored by the Studio Manager as well as leaders in various specialty on best practices.

**Please note that the studio is located in Dayton, OH**The Work:Prepping/Ripping photo sets according to pre-determined lighting diagramsCapturing the image of the products on setReviewing the final captured image and if the lighting or styling is off, elevating it to the stylist or lead operator to adjustEnsure that the sku and angle matches the product on handResponsible for prepping merchandiseResponsible for styling merchandise on set according to pre-determined styling guidesResponsible for removing any styling implements before merchandise is rResponsible for unpacking merchandise and checking it inResponsible for checking merchandise out and packing it up to be returned to clientCommunicate regularly with the team to ensure daily priorities are met and requirements are exceededHere’s what you’ll need:At least 6 months experience in the photography industry or design studio field.Bonus points if:Associate Degree in Fine Arts, related Arts/Creative program or 2 years of college level courses in a related field.Reliable with the ability to adapt to changing conditionsAbility to work under pressure in deadline-driven environmentHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent people skillsTeam playerCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
