Studio Photo Art Director

Columbia Sportswear Company Photo Studio is seeking a detailed Studio Art Director responsible for the creation of high-quality digital images and video produced by our Studio Team. The ideal candidate must be a passionate, motivated creative powerhouse with a hunger for excellence. The ability to manage multiple initiatives and experience in a high-volume studio is paramount to success in this role. • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce commercial product images • On-set art directing of PDP photography • Effectively communicate creative direction to on-set crews • Accountable for final image selection • Management of the full-time styling team • Oversee the styling budget and wardrobe closet management • Responsible for the creation and updating of brand specific style guides • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) of creative workflows • Continuous process improvement to balance superior quality with business-driven productivity goals • Works closely with creative directors and brand directors, to find creative, strategic solutions in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
