Studio Photographer - In-House

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Studio Photographer to lead and develop our in-house photography studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for composition, lighting, and styling, ensuring that all imagery aligns with brand standards and enhances the customer experience across e-commerce, print, and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop and start an in-house photography studio from the ground up • Capture high-resolution images of bedding, bath, and window treatment products in studio settings • Ensure accurate color representation and texture detail for online and print use • Collaborate with stylists and creative teams to arrange products for aesthetically pleasing and brand-consistent shots • Maintain visual consistency across all product categories • Set up and adjust studio lighting to achieve desired effects • Operate and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and backdrops • Retouch and edit images for color correction, background cleanup, and optimization for various platforms • Ensure all images meet technical specifications for e-commerce and marketing channels • Work closely with the marketing, design, and merchandising teams to meet project deadlines • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for seasonal campaigns and product launches • Review and approve final images before publishing • Maintain organized digital asset libraries for easy retrieval Additional Responsibilities • Managing Resources: Ability to work in a culture of collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement within the department.
