The Studio Pro is a master of high-quality photo and video creation and a creative mentor in the studio. This role supports soona’s top accounts and has a senior level understanding of production technique, lighting and set design. They are responsible for driving an exceptional client experience and studio business results. an ideal candidate can: • Translates client goals to create content that exceeds customer expectations, meets or surpasses target KPIs, and aligns with business goals, reflecting the candidate’s consistent attention to detail, quality control and driving toward the bigger picture of soona’s growth goals. • Work successfully with clients, both in-studio and virtually, demonstrating strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
