This position is responsible for daily support of Mac systems, and various creative software and hardware used by our production teams. As this role will ultimately be supporting video and photo production teams, the ideal candidate should have a background working in creative agency or media production environments. 3+ years experience supporting software and hardware in a media production or agency environment Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Mac operating systems and troubleshooting hardware/software Familiarity with asset management practices within servers and direct attached storage volumes
