Summer Camp Photographer

Qualifications: • Experience making short promotional slideshows • Experience working in a camp environment is highly preferred • Knowledge of Canon DSLRs and photo manipulation software • Ability to work independently and flexibly Role: The photographers at 6 Points must have a passion for photography and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Capture daily photographs of campers in both scheduled activities and unstructured moments • Upload daily photos of each camper to CampMinder • Edit and produce weekly slideshows summarizing the 6 Points Sports Academy experience • Edit and produce promotional photos for use during the 2023-2024 calendar year • Performs duties in an efficient and independent manner with minimal supervision • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and organize time; maintains physical environment in an effective, organized manner • Attends staff meetings as scheduled • Accepts additional duties as assigned by the Camp Directors • Attendance at training camp is mandatory, and some pre-arrival required online meetings and training are also required. Within our kind and nurturing community, campers form friendships for life while feeding their passion for their chosen sport - and achieve a higher quality of life as young Jewish athletes. During each day of our two-week long session, campers participate in 4 hours of intensive skill development in one chosen sport (their sports major) and 2 hours of electives.
