Experience, skills and qualifications should include: * Surveyor in Training (SIT) registration in West Virginia or ability to achieve registration within 1 year * Boundary, topographic and route location surveying experience * Knowledge of GPS and terrestrial scanning technologies, methods, and software * Topcon Surveying equipment, Autocad Civil 3d and/or Carlson Survey products experience a plus * Ability to work outside independently or with a field crew * Valid driver's license and travel required * _Excellent_ oral and written English communication skills to effectively write reports and business correspondence, and present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and the general public.
