The Photo Assistant will be responsible for picking all products at the beginning of the day and preparing them for the photographer's photoshoot the next day. After the photoshoots, the Photo Assistant is responsible for accurately re-packaging and returning the goods to the Distribution Center inventory following quality control guidelines. The Photo Assistant will be cross-trained to operate cameras and use the studio equipment as needed. • Prepping all products for photographers. Experience and Education: • Photography background with demonstrable portfolio and references • Prior experience working for Tactics is highly preferred • High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in Photography or a closely related field highly preferred Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time • Ability operate a WAVE Vehicle • Ability to move, push and pull heavy carts carrying product or photo equipment up to 25 pounds • Ability to lift and manipulate products • Use of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls • Ability to be on feet for long periods • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • May be required to kneel, squat, or stand for extended periods to capture images • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach out • Ability to read, write, hear, and communicate clearly • See details of objects that are less than a few feet away (or properly corrected vision) • See details of objects that are more than a few feet away (or properly corrected vision) • See differences between colors, shades, and brightness Environmental Conditions: • Ability to be around intense lighting • Special awareness around valuable gear • Comfortable operating a lift vehicle to ascend and descend at various shelving heights • Use of box cutters • Use of high temp tools Great Benefits:
