The Buccaneers aim to employ individuals whose professionalism and dedication align with our vision.Position DescriptionThe Senior Photographer is responsible for capturing the energy, intensity, and identity of Buccaneers football. This role will work closely with the Creative Director and VP of Creative to establish the creative vision and photographic style.Essential FunctionsManage coverage plan for game day photography team, including shot list build out and assignmentsCollaborate with Creative Director to build and evolve roster of freelance photographersPhotograph all Buccaneers home and away games, capturing premium action, sideline storytelling, and defining momentsIdentify and execute opportunities for signature imagery that defines seasons, players, and momentsProficiency in studio, flat lay, and lifestyle photography, specifically for merchandise and product-based shoots.Maintain and evolve editing standards, color consistency, and image selectionEnsure rapid turnaround of images, including real-time delivery across gamedays and varying events.Cover practices during the season and all offseason programs (OTAs, Rookie Camp, Mini Camp, Training Camp, etc. )Proactively research and implement emerging photography trends, post-processing techniques, and hardware/software advancements to ensure the team remains at the forefront of sports and lifestyle creative.Capture a wide range of non-football community events, activations, and corporate initiatives with a focus on storytelling and brand representation beyond the field.Shoot major press conferences to include Draft, Free Agency and Ring of Honor and additional press conferences as neededCapturing various events across all departments (Digital Media, Community Relations, Corporate Partnerships, Guest & Member Relations, Football Operations, Ownership)Shoot Player, Coaching and Staff headshots using AP guidelines to be used internally and throughout the NFLUpload, maintain and evolve the team’s photo archive with accurate metadata, captions, and historical tagging to the Buccaneers asset management serverShoot players during the team’s asset shoot day for use in Marketing, Digital and Sales materialsCollaborate closely with the Buccaneers’ social media, video, design, PR, and marketing teamsCoordinate with NFL Photography, external platforms, and league partners as requiredManagement ResponsibilitiesThis position does not manage employees.Skills & AbilitiesEffective time and resource managementStrong attention to detail and accuracyExperience & Education7+ years of professional photography experience, with significant experience in sports and live eventsBachelor’s degree professional certification in photography preferred or commensurate work experienceTechnical KnowledgeProficient with computers and standard office softwareAbility to manage digital files, databases, and shared drives effectivelyAdditional Technical KnowledgeStrong portfolio demonstrating high-level action photography, storytelling, and brand-driven workStrong visual instincts, timing, and compositional awarenessExpert knowledge of professional camera systems, long lenses, and advanced lighting techniquesProficiency in Adobe Lightroom and PhotoshopWillingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel extensively during the NFL seasonExtended evening, weekend work hours sometimes requiredRequired to work all home and away gamesMust be comfortable working in a high intensity setting, meeting tight deadlines and delivering quality resultsPhysical Fitness StandardsComputer and desk work a significant part of daily activitiesMust be able to lift 20–50 poundsSitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of timeEqual Opportunity EmployerBuccaneers Team LLC (the “Club”) provides equal employment opportunities to all individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, marital status, disability, age, military status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
